What is digital fabrication? What is CNC? CAD? CAM? How does it work – and what does it do? We will answer these questions for you and many more! This class is designed to teach you how to get started operating a ShopBot (or any other brand of CNC machine) by teaching you the user interface and all of the essential processes and procedures for achieving rapid success with CNC. In preparation for your training, we ask that you please download the demo version of VCarve Pro, found on http://www.vectric.com/ , and familiarize yourself with the software to get the most out of the class. Classes begin each day at 9:00AM and end at 5:00PM.
