Description
Are you thinking about getting into CNC but don’t know where to start? Want to put your hands on a machine, try out the software, see the bits in person – change one out in the spindle, even make something on a CNC machine yourself before you take the plunge? We get it. We’ve been there.
So we designed this one day class just for you.
Join us for a fun 1-Day class to explore CNC without the burdens and pressures of salespeople or CNC company employees. We will tell you the truth about these machines, what we like and what we don’t. You can feel free and confident to ask us what you want; while you learn on, and use our machines. You will have a morning session of ‘kicking the tires’ where you will get to ask questions, change bits, move the tools around, and even make a custom monogrammed cutting board to take home (or give to someone special for the holidays). Here is the schedule for the day, we hope to see you there!
This will be a hands-on experience, open to 18 people.
You will use the following machines:
- 1 ShopBot Desktop (24 x 18″)
- 1 ShopBot Desktop Max (36 x 24″)
- 1 Shopbot PRS Alpha ATC 120 x 61″
- 1 Handibot Bridge (24 x 6″)
