We will guide you through installing and maintaining spoil boards, jig and fixture making. and intermediate fixturing methods that improve your precision and workflow repeatability. You’ll also explore vertical end milling and how to use your CNC machine for custom tool making.

By the end of the class, you’ll understand how to optimize your shop’s CNC process—from software setup to part finishing—so you can reduce waste, save time, and boost productivity in both small-batch and large-scale production.
